Paul A. Schum Busted

Paul Schum

Dr. Paul A. Schum, 50, the principal at Bethlehem High School, a Catholic school in Bardstown, Kentucky, was busted by Louisville police and in a “seedy part of town” late Tuesday night.

That’s bad enough.

But it’s only the start of Dr. Schum’s misery.

When the cops busted Principal Schum he was allegedly dressed as a woman.

And that’s really bad, but wait…
It get’s worse.

It is alleged that not only was Principal Schum dressed like a women, he was at the time wearing “bondage gear”.

And if that isn’t bad enough, the cops cited Schum for loitering for the purpose of prostitution, seeing as how he was parked in a part of the “seedy part of town” known for prostitution and narcotics and reportedly offered conflicting reasons for why he was sitting in a dark alley, dressed in drag, late at night in a bad part of town.

According to Officer Phil Russell, a spokesman for the Louisville Metro Police Department, “He was wearing an all-black, leather, woman’s outfit, fishnet stockings and women’s black plastic breasts.”

Schum a veteran chemistry teacher of 25 years experience who has a master’s degree in teaching and a doctorate in education has denied the accusation through the Archdiocese of Louisville, which oversees Bethlehem High.

Schum was ticketed and cited into court rather than being arrested is set to appear in court November 27 to answer to the misdemeanor charge.

In the meantime the archdiocese is reportedly conducting its own investigation and Dr. Schum has taken “personal leave”, possibly to contemplate his next fashion statement…

‘Hooters Mom’ Ashly Duchene

“Hooters Mom” Ashly Duchene, 22, has been chardged with negligent homicide in the death of her 17-month-old son Ryan Gallagher.

Ashly Duchene

Yesterday Ashly, for supposedly unknown reasons, left Ryan to die in his car seat while she worked her shift at Hooters in Phoenix, Arizona.

Duchene, who usually dropped the boy off at a day-care center on her way to work, did not do so on Tuesday and instead left him in his car set in the back seat of her Honda Civic which was parked about 20 feet from Hooters patio seating area..

The high temperature in Phoenix on Tuesday was 89 degrees and the temperature inside Duchene’s car likely topped 110 degrees as Ryan sat in that car seat, waiting for “mommy” to come get him. When she did finally come to the car, young Ryan was gone. He died just a few feet from where his “mommy” spent the day, working her seven-hour shift, doing what comes natural for her apparently.

Killing a child with negligence or stupidity is bad enough, but even more troubling about this “Hooters Mom” is that she allegedly had told family members recently that she didn’t want to care for her son and wanted her freedom.

Duchene was arrested and booked into Maricopa County jail on a felony count of negligent homicide in what can only be called one of the biggest whoopsies of all time.

Sherfy Kemper Guilty

Sherfy Kemper, 50, of Topeka, Kansas has been convicted on charges of attempted rape of a child younger than 14 and electronic solicitation of a child.

Sherfy Kemper

Kemper, one of seven Kansas men snared in an internet sex sting called “Operation Predator” was indicted in August after he allegedly went to a house in a south Topeka neighborhood hoping to meet a young girl, but instead was met with cops and cuffs.

Kemper and his attorneys never disputed the facts of the case but instead contended that Kemper was merely role playing when he sent sexually explicit Internet messages to someone claiming to be a 13-year-old girl.

The jury did not buy this line of bull and took only 30 minutes to find Kemper guilty on the two charges.

The fake girl, “Katie” was actually Nikki Delaney, who with her husband, Jay, created USCyberwatch in 2003 to post profiles of imaginary children on Internet sites and conducts stings in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

After the jury did its duty in finding Kemper guilty, he was allowed to visit with family members briefly and was then cuffed and stuffed for the trip to the Shawnee County Jail to await his sentencing on November 30.
