Double Whoopsy In PA
William A. Long Jr., 38, a teacher at Easterly Parkway Elementary School, in State College, Pennsylvania was scheduled for sentencing last week on a DUI charge in Centre County Court.
He made it to court, but no one is certain how, as when he showed up for sentencing he was drunk. When tested he had a a blood-alcohol content of a whopping .37 percent.
Long was sentenced to six days to 12 months in jail and a year of supervised probation once he is paroled.
Long who has been an employee of the school for 14 years offered his resignation and the school board voted 6-0 last night to accept it, effective July 20th, three days after his drunken court appearance.
