Ricky Earls, 42, an active duty serviceman with Army National Guard, and his wife, Christina Earls, 34, were arrested earlier this month and each charged with one count each of child exploitation stemming from allegations that Ricky Earls videotaped his wife having sex with boys, ages 13 and 14 at the time.

The couple from of St. Martin, Mississippi were arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Service Task Force on July 12 during a vacation to San Diego, California and returned to Mississippi to face the charges which arose when one of the teenage boys told his parents of the alleged sexual abuse.

Reportedly, Christina Earls, will be charged with three counts of sexual battery for the alleged acts with three boys, who are thought to be friends or classmates of her 14-year-old daughter.

The alleged sexual abuse of the boys began in February 2006 and it is also alleged that Ricky Earls videotape at least some of the alleged acts.

Deputies have determined that the crimes started shortly after the victims went to visit the couple’s daughter at their home on Lexington Avenue in the Cedar Grove subdivision of St. Martin.

Following their court appearance the Earls were held without bond in the Jackson County Adult Detention Center.

Christina Earls has a 14-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. The daughters are now in the custody of their father. Christina and Ricky Earls have an 8-year-old son and a 5-year-old son, who remained with family members in the San Diego area.
