Dean McGinniss Busted
Dean McGinniss, 43, of Marion, Ohio, should have taken note in history class of the old war-time motto, “Loose lips, sink ships”.
McGinniss was recently arrested after the wife of a co-worker reported to police that McGinniss had been bragging about having sex with a 15-year-old girl he hired to baby-sit his two young children.
As a result of ‘loose lips”, McGinniss has been indicted on five counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, has bond set at $10,000, is ordered to have no contact with minors, including his own and faces up to 25 years in prison and a possible $50,000 fine if convicted.
Although it is alleged that both McGinniss and the girl admitted the sexual activity to police, McGinniss has pleaded not guilty.
McGinniss is free on $10,000 bond and reportedly pleaded guilty to two felony counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance in 1989.
