Melissa Danielle Cullen Busted
Melissa Danielle Cullen, 22, a homeless woman, was arrested last week for the sexual abuse of a 14-year-old Berkeley boy, six weeks after she was caught having sex with the same boy in a car along an Oregon highway.

Cullen, who gave a Massachusetts address, is being held on $100,000 bail on charges of felony lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, felony child stealing, felony rape and a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
At the time of her arrest the boy was partially clothed, but the two were not engaged in sex when they were discovered. They were however sharing a sleeping bag in Ohlone Park and told officers they have been “in a relationship” for about a year.
The boy’s father was called and he came to the park to retrieve his son but the boy tried to flee but was caught by his father and police.
On June 15th, Cullen was arrested in Lincoln County, Oregon on charges of Sex Abuse III, Rape III, Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor, and Custodial Interference I and held on bail of $90,000 after she was found in a car alongside a road having sex with the same boy. Reportedly he had driven from Berkley to Oregon with Cullen without his parents’ permission.
Media reports indicate that Cullen was out on bail from a previous sex crime in Oregon and that police there are working on having her extradited to face those charges. Also it has been reported that police in Boston also have a warrant out for her arrest on sex-related charges with a different boy.
At this point in time and from reports available there is no means to determine how a homeless woman, wandering the countryside and sleeping in parks could have made bail in Lincoln County, Oregon. Sexual predators will find a way it seems…
