Lana K. Elsworth Busted
Lana K. Elsworth, 23, of Yorktown, Indiana was cuffed and stuffed into the Delaware County jail late Monday after being arrested on allegations she had sexual relations with and provided drugs to a 15-year-old boy.
Allegedly Elsworth had sex with the boy for the first time on July 4, telling him she was “going to take advantage of him”.
According to police, Elsworth told the teen and his stepmother that she might be pregnant with the boy’s child.
Elsworth is initially being held on charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, child neglect, maintaining a common nuisance, dealing in a controlled substance and several counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
On October 4th Elsworth is due in court for trial on a drunken driving charge filed in April.
