Prashant A. Agarwal Sentenced

Prashant A. Agarwal, of Auburn, New York has been sentenced to five years in prison for using the Internet in an attempt to have sex with someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl. In addition to the prison sentence Agarwal will also be placed on supervised release for ten additional years.

Agarwal, was busted in April 2006 when he showed up at the Marketplace Mall to meet a Monroe County Sheriff’s Office female undercover officer who was portraying herself to be the 14
year old girl.

According to the Department of Justice press release on Agarwal’s arrest and guilty plea, when Agarwal, who used the internet moniker “biggy525″, arrived for the ‘meet up’ with the 14-year-old girl he had in his possession strawberries, whipped cream,condoms, KY lubricant, massage oil, edible underwear, and an anal probe.
