Richard A. Lucas Stung
But just barely.
Richard A. Lucas busted in an internet sting conducted by the Marion County prosecutor’s office, last month pleaded guilty to a felony count of child solicitation.
Today he was sentenced in Indianapolis, Indiana.
But not too much.
Lucas was sentenced to two years of home detention and two years of probation.
Evidently they don’t consider internet child predators to be a major issue in Indianapolis…
