Doctor Stephen Engler Busted
Doctor Stephen Engler, 35, of Overland Park, Kansas and who works at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall, Missouri has been busted on allegations that he had been chatting online and arranging to have sex with a person he thought was under 15 years old.
It turns out that the “14-year-old girl” was in reality members of the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Internet Investigations Team.
When Dr. Engler allegedly showed for the ‘meet up’ with the “girl” he was busted.
Following his arrest, Dr. Engler was cuffed, stuffed and hauled off to the Johnson County New Century Adult Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
Reportedly the doctor’s career with the hospital is on-hold until this scandal is sorted out. He is also reportedly a Captain in the Army Reserves.
It is also being reported that he was charged in April for domestic violence and received diversion for that case in July.
Hopefully this guy isn’t a Pediatrician.
