Michael Franklin Busted
Michael Franklin, 27, of Lake Wales, Florida and a trainee with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office is learning the ins-and-outs of law enforcement.
He has been busted on two counts of sexual battery and one count of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
And he was busted by his own department.
Polk County investigators interviewed a woman and a teenage girl, both of whom said they had been fondled by Franklin. The woman when she was 15-years-old, five years ago, and a 16-year-old who says she was fondled by Franklin just last month.
Reportedly Franklin admitted the acts and will be fired, since admitted criminals are not allowed to be deputies…
