3 Busted Women and A Boy
This one gets a bit complicated and very weird, so stick with us as we try to make sense of it.
All of the following is ALLEGED to have happened in Donora, Pennsylvania back in November of last year…
Kathleen Waggoner, who has a 12 year old son, gives the boy’s aunt Linda Van Pool $30.
Van Pool is to escort the boy to a woman who would allow him to see her breasts, evidently for the $30.
The woman with the breasts is reportedly 24-year-old Loretta Figolah and reportedly Van Pool escorted the boy to her residence, where apparently the boy received more than a look at Figolah’s breasts.
Figolah has been charged with prostitution after accepting $30 for allegedly having sex with the boy. She is also charged with corruption of minors, unlawful contact/communications with a minor, and statutory sexual assault and reportedly remains in jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.
Van Pool has reportedly been charged with two felony counts of prostitution and related offenses, two misdemeanor counts each of endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors. Van Pool is reportedly free on $5,000 bond.
Waggoner was reportedly charged with one misdemeanor count each of endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors and is free on $2,500 bond.
A preliminary hearing, at least for someone, is scheduled for September 7th, at which time we may learn more details of the really weird whoopsy…
