Victor Valdivias Busted
Victor Valdivias, 18, of Monroe, Louisiana, who is suspected of entering the United States illegally, was busted Sunday during a traffic stop by Bossier Parish Sheriff’s deputies.
It is alleged that in addition to being in the country illegally, that Valdivias had no drivers license and had “switched tags” on the vehicle he was driving.
Most noteworthy though was that he allegedly had a 14-year-old girl with him.
It is alleged that the girl had snuck out of her home in Monroe and met up with Valdivias who deputies believe then took her to a motel in Bossier City where he had sex with her.
Following his up-close and personal encounter with the law, Valdivias was cuffed and stuffed into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility.
He faces charges of carnal knowledge of a juvenile, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, operating a vehicle without lawful presence in the United States, switched tags and resisting an officer.
His bond is set at $50,000.
